È con piacere che vi svelo la cover del prossimo romanzo di Samantha Towle, il romantic suspense standalone Unsuitable :D amo molto questa autrice, e se non sbaglio questa è la prima volta che si cimenta con questo genere – non vedo l'ora di scoprire cosa ha in serbo per noi! ^_^

Scommetto che siete tutti in viaggio per il Salone di Torino, dico bene? Io non verrò neanche quest'anno (anche perché devo lavorare). E poi diciamocelo: cosa ci vado a fare? A stento compro libri in italiano... sarebbe solo uno spreco di tempo e denaro per il viaggio. Organizzate una fiera con le autrici estere, e poi ne riparliamo :P Anyway, oggi abbiamo un bel bottino nei miei Maybes! Lo vediamo insieme?

Perché oggi torniamo dall'ineguagliabile frontman Jake Wethers ♥ Per chi non lo sapesse, presto anche voi che non leggete in lingua potrete conoscerlo (purtroppo grazie alla Newton Compton, mi dispiace per voi e per il mio Jake T_T) Se non vado errato, questo romanzo è stato anche nella mia Top Ten, all'epoca :D awww, quanti ricordi!!! Sfortunatamente, non scrissi una recensione ufficiale per il blog con cui collaboravo in quel periodo, ma mi limitai a un commento da fangirl delirante ▬ o, per restare in tema, da groupie arrapata ahahahahahahahah Succede, non giudicate! :P Ladies, via i reggiseni per Jake Wetherssss ♥

L'estate sta finendo . . . e io sono tanto contenta :P Così come sono felice di parlarvi quest'oggi del primo romanzo della nuova duologia "brum bruuummm" di Samantha Towle, di cui io ho letto The Mighty Storm e Wethering the Storm :D sì, avete intuito bene, è ambientata nel circuito della Formula Uno *-* fichissimooo! Mi è piaciuto tanto . . . soprattutto quando i protagonisti litigavano :P ahahahahahah

Uh la la, ragazze, che viaggio sulle montagne russe!
Quando ho visto la cover del nuovo romanzo di Samantha Towle non ci ho pensato due volte ad aggiungerlo nella mia TBR su Goodreads e non mi sono soffermata neanche a leggere le recensioni, prima di inserirlo nel mio ordine Amazon :D

Ci sono storie che dovrebbero concludersi in un solo libro. Vi ricordate il mio commento entusiasta di The Mighty Storm? Ecco, tutta la mia euforia è andata a farsi friggere :( Purtroppo questo secondo capitolo non è lontanamente paragonabile al primo... non c'è la stessa passione, la stessa drammaticità... Si leggono scene di vita quotidiana tra due persone che si amano. Sì, c'è una litigata che si risolve all'istante ▬ perché ormai Jake e Tru sono una bella coppia, forte e sicura, e azzuffarsi ogni tanto ci sta, ma figurati se questo può separarli, è impensabile. C'è il problemino che Jake non vuole figli... e sbam! Ecco il marmocchio. Ma guardiamo in faccia la realtà: davvero pensate che un amore come il loro possa mai essere spezzato? No. Si era già capito nel primo, non c'era bisogno del secondo. Jake era straordinario e straordinario è rimasto ▬ d'ora in poi lo chiamerò Papà Jake xD ho sperato di qualcosa di impressionante nel finale, quando succede quella cosa, ma alla fine vissero tutti felici e contenti, in tutta tranquillità xD
