COSA HO LETTO LA SCORSA SETTIMANA

Ho finalmente finito La rosa del Califfo di Renée Ahdieh, che mi sono portata dietro per tutto il periodo di Natale perché non trovavo un attimo per leggere -_- Mi è piaciuto, ma non è stato assolutamente ai livelli del primo volume. Avrei dovuto scrivere ieri la recensione, ma siccome sto cambiando un po' la grafica, non ho fatto in tempo! Comunque arriverà sicuramente domenica :D E poi ho letto xo, Zach by Kendall Ryan, che è stato un disastro :( Proprio non me lo aspettavo. Okay, non è il mio genere e l'ho voluto leggere per la mia challenge, ma qui si esagera :/ All'inizio prometteva così bene, poi è diventato piattissimo. Dunque, io so che una delle regole del romance classico è che ci sia almeno un antagonista e che i protagonisti debbano superare degli ostacoli per ottenere il loro HEA... invece qui non c'è niente. E il finale?! Sul serio ti pagano tanto per un libro del genere, Zacchino?! Allora per un libro sulla mia vita mi darebbero come minimo un milione di dollari.

COSA LEGGO QUESTA SETTIMANA

L'ho iniziato e mi sono bloccata perché non ho avuto la mia solita oretta mattutina e serale per leggere T_T Spero che, essendo finite le vacanze, finalmente i miei orari tornino alla normalità... perché io devo sapere cosa ne sarà di Amani e Jin!

COSA LEGGERÒ LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA

Non mi va per niente giù, il fatto che il primo libro che ho scelto per la Chiara's Reading Challenge 2019 sia stato un fallimento. Così, ho deciso di riprovare con la categoria «Student/teacher romance» con questo romanzo, entrato nella mia libreria grazie alla newsletter di un'autrice (non mi ricordo più quale, sorry), nella speranza di sostituire xo, Zach. Sono molto curiosa, perché non suona come la classica storia tra alunna e professore... vedremo!

COSA HO LETTO LA SCORSA SETTIMANA

Non è il classico rock star romance. Ho amato particolarmente la relazione tra Callie e Luke, il modo in cui lei gli si è approcciata. A volte lo ha fatto in punta di piedi, quasi avesse avuto a che fare con una tigre, altre volte gli si è avventata contro come un tornado. Oh, e ho amato Casey, il migliore amico di Luke. Loro due sono più che fratelli. Non so neanche come descrivere il loro rapporto. Casey è la roccia. Callie è l'ancora. Riusciranno a salvare Luke da se stesso? Leggi la mia recensione da 5 stelline!

Khalid, Khalid, KHALID‼ Oddio, mio amore, mio cuore, mia vita‼ Ho letto le prime pagine e sto già andando fuori di testa. Non so come, ma mi sto trattenendo dallo scorrere le pagine per sapere quante ne mancano alla reunion di Shazi e Khalid T_T Vorrei che lei prendesse Tappeto e volasse a casa da lui T_T Sento che Tariq ben presto si trasformerà in Jafar...

COSA LEGGERÒ LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA

Mi sentite urlareee?! Come regalo di Natale, Corinne Michaels, Kendall Ryan e un'altra che ora non mi ricordo hanno deciso di donare un loro romanzo agli iscritti alle loro newsletter. Quello messo in palio dalla Michaels lo avevo già... quindi vi lascio immaginare la mia faccia quando mi sono ritrovata la copertina di xo, Zach sullo schermo! *O* oh, quanto volevo leggerlo!
